All payments must be made only to the official bank account provided by My Market.
- No payment should be made to any personal or third-party bank account.
- Payments must be sent only to the approved First Bank account.
Agreement Before Payment
Customers must not make any payment until a clear agreement on price and product details has been reached with the seller.
Receipts
Always request and keep your payment receipt as proof of transaction.
Refund Policy
Payments are refundable if the goods are returned within 5 days and are not damaged.
